    How do I prepare a sauce with More Sauces & Baking Protein?
    For one serving, mix 50 g (2 slightly heaped scoops) of More Protein Cream with 125 ml low-fat milk (1.5%) in a mixer or shaker. If you are using More Protein Coconut Milk, take 50 g (2 heaped scoops) and mix it with 190 ml of water. Alternatively, you can also use low-fat milk or a plant-based drink of your choice, although the nutritional values will vary. Tip: Stir the prepared protein sauce into your dish only after turning off the stove and do not heat the powder above 60 °C to avoid denaturation and curdling.
